Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which you may cancel purchases made on GiftPage (giftpage.in). GiftPage provides exclusively digital services — there are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or physical deliveries. Our primary product is digital credits, which you purchase and use to publish premium gift pages.

This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and applicable RBI guidelines for digital payment services.

2. Nature of Our Service — No Subscriptions

GiftPage does not offer subscription plans, auto-renewals, or recurring billing. All purchases on GiftPage are one-time transactions for specific credit packs. You are only charged when you choose to buy a credit pack, and no future charges are made without your explicit action and confirmation.

Because there are no recurring charges or subscriptions, there is no periodic subscription to cancel. If you simply stop using GiftPage, you will not be charged anything further.

3. Cancelling a Credit Pack Purchase

3.1 Before Payment Confirmation

You may cancel a credit pack purchase at any time before confirming payment in the Cashfree payment gateway. Simply close the payment window or click "Cancel" / "Go Back" in the payment interface — no charges will be made and no credits will be added to your account.

3.2 After Payment Confirmation

Once payment is confirmed and credits have been added to your account, the purchase cannot be cancelled as the digital service has been fully delivered. Credits are available for immediate use from the moment they appear in your dashboard.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or there is a technical issue (e.g., payment was debited but credits were not received), please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligible refund scenarios.

4. Cancelling / Deleting a Gift Page

You can delete any gift page you have created at any time from your dashboard. Deleting a gift page:

• Immediately makes the share link inactive
• Removes the page content from public access
• Removes the gift page from your dashboard

Important: Deleting a gift page does not refund the credits used to publish it. Credits are consumed at the point of publishing (when the share link is generated), and the service is considered rendered at that point, regardless of whether the page is later deleted.

5. Cancelling Your Account

You may request account deletion at any time by emailing hello@giftpage.in with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Upon account deletion:

• All your gift pages will be deleted and their share links will become inactive
• Your account information will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by Indian tax and accounting laws (transaction records are retained for 5 years per legal requirements)
• Any unused credits in your account will be forfeited upon account deletion. Unused credits are not refundable on account closure unless a technical error is verified.

6. Cancellation by GiftPage

GiftPage reserves the right to cancel or suspend your account and access to the service in the following circumstances:

• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Fraudulent activity, including fake chargebacks
• Misuse of the platform (e.g., creating illegal or harmful content)
• Non-compliance with applicable Indian laws

In the event GiftPage cancels your account due to a policy violation, no refund will be issued for unused credits. If GiftPage discontinues its services entirely (shutting down the platform), registered users will be notified at least 30 days in advance, and a pro-rated refund of unused credits will be provided.
