1. No Physical Shipping

GiftPage (giftpage.in) is a 100% digital platform. We do not sell, manufacture, or ship any physical goods. There is no physical shipping involved in any of our services. All products sold on GiftPage are digital in nature — specifically, digital credits that enable you to publish premium digital gift pages (shareable web pages).

This policy is published to satisfy payment gateway compliance requirements and to transparently inform customers about how digital delivery works on our platform, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

2. What You Purchase

When you make a purchase on GiftPage, you are buying a credit pack — a bundle of digital credits (in-platform tokens). These credits are used to publish premium gift page templates. The table below summarizes what you buy and how it is delivered:

3. How Digital Delivery Works

Here is the complete flow from purchase to delivery:

1. Select a Credit Pack: Choose from available credit packs on the Pricing page.
2. Secure Payment: Complete payment through Cashfree Payments (RBI-authorized Payment Aggregator). Payment can be made via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or supported wallets.
3. Instant Credit Delivery: Upon payment confirmation from Cashfree, your account is automatically credited. Credits appear in your dashboard within 30 seconds of a successful transaction.
4. Email Confirmation: A payment confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with your order details and credit amount.
5. Use Your Credits: Open any premium template, customize your gift page, and click "Publish". Credits are deducted and a unique share link is instantly generated.
6. Share the Gift Page: Share your unique link with the recipient. The gift page is instantly accessible to anyone with the link — no download or installation required.

4. Delivery Failure & Delayed Credit Issues

In rare cases, credits may not appear in your account immediately after a successful payment due to:

• Delayed payment confirmation from your bank or UPI provider
• Temporary network issues between Cashfree and our servers
• A browser or device issue preventing page refresh

What to do if your credits don't arrive within 30 minutes:

1. Log out and log back into your GiftPage account
2. Check your bank/UPI statement to confirm if payment was deducted
3. If payment was deducted but credits are not showing, email us at hello@giftpage.in with your transaction ID
4. We will verify the payment with Cashfree and manually credit your account or issue a refund within 2 business days

5. Accessing Your Gift Pages

All published gift pages are hosted on GiftPage's servers and accessible via unique URLs (e.g., giftpage.in/r/[slug]). The recipient does not need to install any app or create an account to view the gift page. Gift pages are:

• Accessible on any modern web browser (mobile and desktop)
• Available globally without geographic restrictions
• Visible immediately after you publish and share the link
• Retained for the duration specified in our Privacy Policy

6. No Physical Delivery Address Required

Since GiftPage only provides digital services, we do not collect or require a physical delivery address from customers. Your email address is used for account communication and order confirmations only.
